Clinching

Clinching is joining process of stamping and pressing. The materials are join together by stencil and stamp without using any other joing materials. In this method we can join together for example wire mesh and plate or plate and plate. The elements are going to stencil and pressure of stamp making the process of “crease”. In this method we can join plates about thickness 0,8 mm.

This process have a few benefits, like:
– the materials aren’t overheating what helps them to keep the same strength quality
– we can join different materials
– low cost of the process

By using clinching we can make filter cartridges, decorations elements and other elements depence of clients wishes.
